All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time. SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Post-process, delivery time is estimated to be within 3-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
